Philadelphia-born chef and owner Alexander Yoon began his culinary journey as an unpaid apprentice at Le Bec Fin under Steve Eckard. He worked in the kitchen at Philadelphia restaurant Serpico before joining Little Fish as a sous chef.
Alex competed in the cooking competition Ment’or BKB in NYC in November of 2014 and set sail for Europe, staging at famed French restaurant Mirazur. He returned to Philadelphia in late 2016 to take over ownership of Little Fish.
Marco Hernandez has been with us since April 29, 2013. He is a very important member of our restaurant’s day to day operation and we would not be where we are without him.
